«Labrys - études féministes/ estudos feministas » receive any proposition of articles either dealing with the specific dossiers of each issue or about a free feminist subject.. . Each text will be submitted to a Reading Committee to be analysed before publication .
Texts - Original, or if not, with owner’s copyright / editor’s authorization.
- Articles will be accepted with no more than TWO authors.
- Authors are responsable for the corrections of their articles. Texts will be send to authors for revision before edition. Editors will made MINORS corrections once.
- Number of pages : maximum 30, including images, graphics, tables, biography, abstract, and keywords.
- Abstract and mini biography (10 lines each).
- Texts only in Word, 1,5 , times new roman.
- Small Paragraphs: maximum 8 lines each.
- Bibliographical references within the text. REFERENCES AFTER QUOTATIONS. Ex: " [..] radical feminism."( Robins, 2011:24) Web references: ( web: Foucault, 1980)
- Full bibliography at the end of the text.
- Footnotes only in case of explanation (5 maximum)
- Do not underline titles or subtitles
- Graphics and tables: 2 only
- Images / illustrations: 5 to 10 maximum
- any accepted text will be liable to translation on author´s responsability and both texts may be published.
.- all translations will also be submitted to the REading Committee.
. - all translators should have the version´s language as mother tongue.
- all texts in a language other that of the author´s, should be revised by a native speaker.
- Evaluating texts is the responsability of members of the Reading Committees according to their language. Selection criteria obey the quality in writing, linguistic competence, theoric consistency, originality, academic rigor, the production of feminist knowledge in different disciplines and conformity to the norms established by the magazine. • All texts should be sent by e-mail to the following address : anahita@labrys.net.br
